This is the official TalkEnglish.com Offline iPhone/iPad App. There are over 800 lessons and 8,000 audio files to help you learn how to speak English fluently. Most lessons contain clickable sentences that you can click to listen to a native English speaker say that sentence. Each lesson page also has a self record tool. You can record your own voice reading that sentence and compare it with the audio file from the native English speaker.

First study it online,but it is Better to get one offline version, it is well organized and help me learn English faster!!!
I was looking for something which could help a family member and I came across this website/app. I liked the collection of lessons covered, they are practical and helpful for a person trying to improve his/her english speaking skills.
on the technicalsupport it is written that for safari system it need adobe flashplayer, however, adobe do not provide such plug in for iphone at all, could u please tell me how this App could work on Iphone ??
To have their wonderful website on your iPhone/iPad at $20 is the best bang for the buck.
